This is definitely a PBI Dev job – the whole stack is PBI, Power Query, DAX.

It’s notable they have Tableau and Qlik listed, probably in the past someone has used these tools and there’s some legacy setup. You’ll be making those tools redundant and moving everything to the PBI stack.
